Tools
Mass intentions, finally in order.
Intake, stipend tracking, celebrant assignment, conflict warnings, and clean bulletin exports. Nothing is published or scheduled without a person approving it.
In development. First parishes get free access this summer — early-list subscribers go first.
How it works
- Record. Take an intention at the front desk or from the phone in under a minute: who it’s for, who requested it, the stipend, the preferred date.
- Review. The calendar shows every Mass, its celebrant, and its intention. Double-booked dates and aging unfulfilled intentions are flagged for you — a person resolves them, the tool never reshuffles on its own.
- Publish to bulletin. One click produces a clean, formatted intentions list for the week. You read it, you approve it, then it goes to the bulletin.

What this tool will never do
- Store sacramental records beyond the intentions themselves
- Send, publish, or schedule anything automatically
- Share or sell your parish’s data, or use it to train AI
These aren’t settings you have to find. They are how the tool is built. Read our grounding.
