How we work

1. Readiness Roadmap — $[1,500]. We interview your staff and leadership, map how work actually flows through your office, review data handling and risk, and hand you a prioritized roadmap. You leave knowing exactly what to fix first and what it will take — whether or not you ever hire us again.
2. A focused implementation sprint — $[4,500]. We build one system end to end, train the people who will run it, and document it so it survives staff transitions. One sprint, one outcome, visibly calmer office.
3. Optional monthly support — $[500]/mo. Office hours, workflow tune-ups, policy and governance review, and honest reporting on what’s actually being used. Support, not dependency — the goal is that you need us less over time.

• Communication Rescue — calm the bulletin and email pipeline, with one intake path and an approval step
• Religious Ed Operations — registration, parent communication, and catechist support made repeatable
• Ministry Coordination OS — volunteer handoffs, scheduling, and room/event coordination that survives turnover
• Parish Knowledge Library — a searchable home for the knowledge currently living in one person’s memory
• Parish AI Intern Buildout — bounded AI assistants for specific admin jobs, with safety rules built in
